Oh Baby Boxes is a monthly subscription box for expecting moms! Each box is expertly curated and customized to your due date and designed to pamper mama-to-be's throughout pregnancy and beyond. We select 7-8 full sized pregnancy safe, healthy, helpful, and fun goodies to support you throughout every stage. Items change each month so it's always a delightful surprise! After birth, members will automatically begin to receive postpartum boxes filled with self care goodies to help ease the transition.
Of course! Simply visit our Gift Subscription page and select your gift plan. Gift purchases have the option of being non-renewing, so your gift will automatically expire at the end of the subscription plan period if you do not select the auto-renew option. No need to cancel! Enter the gift recipient's information at checkout to send them a gift message via e-mail.
There are 4 plans available for you to choose from: Monthly, 3 month, 6 month or 9 months. Subscriptions auto-renew according to the subscription term. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (1st of the month) to not be renewed. For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 3rd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end. You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew under our Gifts page and your gift will automatically expire at the end of the prepaid period. With this option, there's no need to log onto your account to cancel!
Your first box will ship out within 1-3 days of your purchase date. All subsequent boxes will ship between the 15th-20th of the next month/next following month if you remain subscribed. Boxes take 3-7 business days to arrive if you are in the USA or 7-21+ business days for international orders. Please note: Our order cut-off date is the 25th of each month. If you purchased your box after the cut-off date, your first box will still ship within 1-3 days of your purchase date but your next box will ship about 1.5 months later between the 15th-20th of the next following month if you remain subscribed. For example: If you purchased a box on February 16th (before the month's cut off date), your first box will ship within 1-3 business days and if you're still subscribed next month then your next box will ship between March 15th-20th. If you purchased a box on February 27th (which is after the month's cut off date), your first box will still ship within 1-3 business days and if you're still subscribed then your next box will ship between April 15th-20th (instead of March 15th-20th). This is our automated schedule because we don't want you to feel rushed while going through the products from the first box. However, if time is of the essence and you do not wish to wait this long for your 2nd box, you can simply email us at email@example.com and we're happy to push your order manually up a month :)
Renewals occur on the 1st of the month, and renews according to your subscription plan. Monthly plans renews 1st of each month, 3 month plans renew every 3 months, 6 month plans renew every 6 months and 9 month plans renew every 9 months-- all on the 1st day of the month. Simply cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be renewed.
This is absolutely possible and there are a few options to not auto-renew:
You can cancel before your renewal anytime by logging into your account to not auto-renew. Or, simply purchase a Gift Subscription on our Gifts page. These gift subscriptions will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period so there is never a need to cancel.
If you're on the monthly plan, simply log onto your account and click "skip renewal" before your renewal date to skip a month. If you're on a prepaid multi-month plan, then you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding which boxes you need to skip and we'll make it happen!
Yes! Shipping to Canada is $14.99, and all other countries is $25.00. Shipping can take 7-21+ business days to arrive, depending on your country. Oh Baby Boxes is not responsible for any applicable duties or custom fees that may arise.
Simply log onto your account and click "cancel" before your next renewal date to end your subscription. Or, if you need any assistance or have a specific request - email email@example.com and we're happy to assist!
We accept returns / replace items that are damaged or defective. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photo evidence of any damages/defects within 30 days of receipt of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your box, send it back! We will happily accept your return and issue a refund in the form of a store credit. Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product in order to begin the return process. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 30 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
We will send a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us photos of: 1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery 2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage 3) A picture of the inside of the box you received. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos!
We honor refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal if you change your mind after placing an order. Please email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at email@example.com and request a refund via email, because refunds are processed manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear back onto your card.
We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you've received your box, but are unsatisfied we're happy to accept a return in exchange for store credit if you email us within 30 days of receiving your box. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, returned after 30 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We reserve the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs/fees, and are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us.
